To be honest I’m always looking forward to thanksgiving but, that’s beca I’m a holiday food freak it’s gotta be one of my favourite genres of food. So today I’ve decided to share my favourite family holiday meals with you all. From the kitchen of Elaine Bruner (my great grandmother) ((but more likely than not she got it off a Campbell soup can)) Broccoli Cheddar Casserole! It’s a low effort high reward dump, mix, sprinkle and bake recipe.
You’ll need
One bowl and one casserole dish
One large head of broccoli or two small
Two cans of cream of mushroom soup
Two and a half cups of shredded cheese
And a box of stovetop stuffing
Pre heat your oven to 350
Chop up all your broccoli and add it to a bowl with 2 cups of your cheese and the mushroom soup cans and mix it all up
Add that right into your casserole dish and then top with your last half cup of cheese and your stove top stuffing
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is as crispy as you like it
And that’s it she’s simple and so yummy, I hope that if you make it you love it as much as I do. I’ve included some photos from when I made it last on the Sunday of thanksgiving weekend!
