Sep 27, 2024 is the first day that I broadcast my live radio show. It’s almost the same time that I’ve started to write a blog for the first time of my life. Today, this is my 20th blog, and also the last piece. Except for the term break, I never miss posting my blog on a weekly basis ever since Professor Jim Carr asked us RTVR students to do so since Semester 3. I think this is about determination even though my writing level is not admirable.
Next Friday is Good Friday; it’s something that we better not ignore its importance which is about life and death of our soul. It’s for commemoration of the historical fact that happened about 2,000 years ago. But for the day before Good Friday this year, Apr 17th is worth celebrating and partying. It marks the end of the Winter Semester at Seneca. And, for me and other semester 4 students at Seneca, graduation is in the corner! Finally!
I’m not brilliant but I always try my best. I never miss doing a single piece of assignment, no matter how busy or how hard it is. I attended 99.9% of all my classes. Very tough as it is for me, I’m thankful to my Lord Jesus who has been helping me to get through everything along my full-time study path these 2 years, and the countless prayers from persons who know me. I admit that I’d thought of giving up, yet, my Lord has helped me out by giving me health, wisdom, energy and determination. Unexpectedly, there’s one more thing that I can be proud of – I’m one of the “Terrific 10”, the last group of RTVR students!
Farewell to Seneca, farewell to S@Y Radio studio in which I spent 22 times doing my solo live show!
“Goodbye is not the end, but the beginning of a new chapter.”
Trust my Lord will guide me as well in the days ahead, wherever I am. God bless Hong Kong my homeland, and God bless Canada!
